Waimangu visit form

Ngāti Rangitihi registered beneficiaries are able to enjoy Waimangu Volcanic Valley for free any day of the year, following a special offer from Waimangu Volcanic Valley.

Ngāti Rangitihi registered beneficiaries must book their visit using the form below. Please read through the booking process carefully below and then fill out the online form. You can visit the Waimangu website to view tour times.

Booking process:

​

  1. An iwi member completes the online form at least two weeks prior to the desired visit date.

  2. The tari receives the submission.

  3. The tari verifies that the member and any additional individuals listed on the form are registered.

  4. The tari then contacts Waimangu to request a booking.

  5. Waimangu responds to confirm or decline the availability of the requested date and time availability.

  6. Te Mana notifies the iwi member of the outcome via email.

  • Please complete details (Full name, date of birth, and member ID) for each individual visiting.

  • If a member does not whakapapa to Tūhourangi or Ngāti Rangitihi, they will have to pay the normal entry fee.
