This is a notice to our members that the new Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust PSGE and Trust Deed is now in operation, as of 1 October 2019. You can access the new signed Trust Deed here.
Following the passing of the required Special Resolutions at the Special General Meeting on Sunday 29 September at Rangitihi Marae, the old Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust will now soon be dissolved,
As mentioned previously, it is this new PSGE that will continue the settlement negotiations mahi on behalf of Ngāti Rangitihi and receive and administer our settlement redress once this is passed into law.
