Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust (the Trust) was established to receive, manage and administer the cash and assets from the CNI Forests Collective Settlement (2008) on behalf of and for the benefit of the present and future beneficiaries. This year, four (4) of the existing seven (7) Trustees must retire by rotation. These four Trustees can still stand
for re-election. The Trust now invites nominations to fill the four Trustee positions.

Nominations open on Thursday 3 July 2014, and close at 12 noon on Thursday 24 July 2014.

Each nomination paper must be seconded by two registered and verified adult members of Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Trust. Candidates must also submit a profile statement and photograph with their nomination for dispatching with voting papers, if an election is required.

If the number of valid nominations received by the closing date for nominations exceeds the four required, an election will be held by postal and internet voting. The voting period will open on Wednesday 20 August and extend to 12 noon on Friday 19 September 2014.

Invitation for Registration of Iwi Members
